Cook Stove Vegetable Soup
|Extra lean ground turkey/Beef||8 Ounce|
|Low sodium tomato juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Hot water||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Diced raw potatoes||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Diced carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Instant rice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (Uncooked)|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Lemon pepper||1 Teaspoon|
In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, brown meat.
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine browned meat, tomato juice, and water.
Add potatoes, celery, onion, carrots, uncooked rice, black pepper, and lemon pepper.
Mix well to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours.
Mix well before serving.
