Smoked Chicken And Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
  Smoked chicken 1 (Whole One)
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , diced
  Chopped garlic 1 Tablespoon
  Green bell pepper 1 , seeded and diced
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Canned diced tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Half and half 1 1⁄2 Quart
  Black beans with liquid 72 Ounce (6 Cans Of 12 Ounce Each)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon cubes 5
  Cilantro 1⁄2 Bunch (50 gm), chopped (Plus 8 Sprigs)
  Liquid smoke flavoring 1 Tablespoon
  Tabasco 1 Tablespoon (Or To Taste)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

MAKING
1)Cut chicken into pieces of desired size.
2)In a large soup pot, heat oil and stir fry garlic, onion and bell pepper.
3)Now add in chicken and oregano. Continue to stir fry.
4)Add in tomato, half and half, water, beans with liquid, chicken buillon cubes, liquid smoke, cilantro and Tabasco.
4)Simmer over reduced heat for 35 to 45 minutes. Remember to stir continuously.
5)Season according to taste with salt and pepper.

SERVING
6)Decorate with cilantro sprigs and serve with tortilla chips.
