Cold Yogurt Soup

Ingredients
  Plain yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Dash
  Grated peeled cucumber 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped dill 12 , finely chopped
Directions

Combine all ingredients in bowl with 1/2 cup of cold water.
Mix well.
Cover and chill for several hours until ready to serve.
To serve: Serve on hot days in small chilled bowls or katoris.
