Cold Yogurt Soup

|Plain yogurt||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Heavy cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1 Dash|
|Grated peeled cucumber||4 Tablespoon|
|Chopped dill||12 , finely chopped|
Combine all ingredients in bowl with 1/2 cup of cold water.
Cover and chill for several hours until ready to serve.
To serve: Serve on hot days in small chilled bowls or katoris.
