Ingredients
  Chicken stock 1 1⁄2 Large
  Tapioca 250 Milliliter
  Tomato paste 125 Milliliter
  Julienne cut cooked chicken 500 Milliliter
Directions

Heat the chicken stock in a 2 quart (2 L) sauce pan.
Add the tapioca and simmer for 30-40 minutes.
Whip in the tomato paste and add the chicken, simmer for 5 minutes longer and serve.
