Senate Bean Soup

|Dried navy beans||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Meat||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
|Cooked mashed potatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Onions||3 , finely chopped|
|Celery stalks with leaves||1 Bunch (100 gm), finely chopped|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Parsley||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), finely chopped|
Put soaked beans, ham bone and water in kettle.
Simmer for 2 hours.
Add mashed potatoes.
Add onions, celery, garlic and parsley.
Simmer about 1 hour.
Remove ham bone and chop pieces of meat.
Add meat to soup.
Season to taste.

Cook Time:120 Minutes
Ready In:130 Minutes
