Lentil Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
  Reduced sodium chicken broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Canned pumpkin 15 Ounce (1 Can)
  Dry lentils 1 Cup (16 tbs), rinsed and drained
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Ground pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

1. In a large saucepan stir together broth, pumpkin, lentils, onion, water, thyme, marjoram, and pepper. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer soup, covered, for 20 to 25 minutes or till lentils and onion are tender, stirring occasionally.
