Bacon And Potato Soup
|Onion||1 Medium, chopped|
|Scalded milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Fry bacon until crisp.
Remove from pan and crumble.
Pour off all but 2 tablespoons of bacon fat.
Add diced potatoes and onions to fat.
Cover with water and cook until done.
Add crumbled bacon, cubed eggs, scalded milk and seasonings.
This is a quick and perfect dish for a cold and wintry Sunday night.
