Creamy Asparagus Soup
|Frozen asparagus||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whole milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Drop|
|Parsley||1 (For Garnish)|
|Paprika||1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
In large pan, combine asparagus and chicken broth; heat to simmer and cook, covered, for 8 minutes.
Put in blender or food processor, and blend until smooth.
Add egg yolks and blend well.
Return asparagus mixture to pan; stir in milk, salt, and pepper; add Worcestershire sauce.
Heat well, but do not boil.
Top with parsley and paprika.
