Crab And Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Butter 3 Tablespoon, melted
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Light cream 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon cubes 2
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper red 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Broccoli 10 Ounce, cooked, drained
  Crabmeat 8 Ounce
Directions

Saute chopped onion in butter.
Blend in flour.
Add milk and cream; heat thoroughly, stirring constantly.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in hot soup.
Add seasonings, broccoli, and crabmeat.
Heat gently.
Serve with French bread and white wine.
