Cabbage Almond Soup

Ingredients
  Finely chopped cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), blanched and chopped
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Caraway seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg 1 , well beaten
  Milk 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Grated sharp cheddar cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Cook cabbage and almonds in water for 10 minutes; add butter, caraway seeds, salt, and paprika.
Mix egg with milk, add to cabbage mixture, and heat just to boiling, stirring occasionally.
Top with cheese.
Makes 4 servings.
