Mexican Lime Soup

This is very delicious soup “sopa de lima”, Mexican food, this form Yucatán, México, it’s easy & cheap to prepare. Sometimes the most difficult to get is the limes, it’s very important that you find the right ones.
Ingredients
  Breast chicken 1
  Water 10 Cup (160 tbs)
  Oregano sticks 2
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm)
  Chopped onion 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 2 , peeled and diced
  Green pepper 1 , diced
  Limes 6 , sliced (Limas)
  Sliced onion 1⁄2
  Fried tortillas 5 (Totopos Strips, Tiritas De Totopos)
Directions

1. Cook chicken with water, oregano, salt, pepper, garlic, onion chopped in 4
2. Shred & strain, we only use chicken & stock. Shred chicken
3. Heat oil, add onion, tomatoes, pepper, until boil, add stock & 4 limes
4. Boil for 10 minutes
5. Serve & add totopos
