Bean And Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
  Coarsely chopped cabbage 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Hot water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Navy beans 10 Ounce, rinsed and drained (From A 16 Ounce Can)
  96% fat free ham/Any extra-lean ham 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Dubuque Brand)
  Dried parsley flakes 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine cabbage, onion, carrots, celery, and water.
Add navy beans, ham, parsley flakes, and black pepper.
Mix well to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Mix well before serving.
