Cheesy Cream Of Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Frozen chopped broccoli/Fresh chopped broccoli 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Chopped ham 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Potato 1 Medium, chopped
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  Dried basil 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Use Whole)
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken bouillon cube 1
  Dried thyme leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1)In a Dutch oven, mix water, broccoli,chopped ham,onion, potato, butter, margarine, dried basil, pepper, bouillon cube, thyme leaves and salt.
2)Boil all the ingredients and then simmer for 30 minutes over medium heat.
3)In an electric blender, blend the broccoli mixture little by little until all ingredients form a well mixed soup.
4)In the Dutch oven, pour milk and add the broccoli blended mixture and simmer for 20 minutes.

SERVING
5)Serve soup garnished with Parmesan cheese.
6)A great soup to enjoy before an elaborate meal.
