Country Style Cream Of Vegetable Soup
|Carrots||2 Medium, cut into chunks|
|Potato||1 Medium, cut into chunks|
|Celery rib||1 , cut into chunks|
|Onion||1 Large, cut into chunks|
|Vegetable bouillon cubes||2|
|Water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
In a 2-quart saucepan, combine all ingredients, except milk, and cook, covered, until vegetables arc tender.
Put half of milk and half of vegetable mixture (including liquid) in blender.
Blend until vegetables are pureed.
Repeat with remaining half of milk and vegetables.
Return all of pureed mixture to saucepan and cook until soup is bubbly and hot
