Soupe A La Biere
|Beer||1 1⁄4 Liter (5 Cups, Hot)|
|Sugar||100 Gram (1/2 Cup)|
|Sour cream||3 Tablespoon|
|French bread slices||4|
Put the beer and sugar into a large saucepan over moderate heat.
Stir until the sugar dissolves and remove the pan from the heat.
In a small bowl beat the egg yolks with the sour cream and a little hot beer, then stir it into the rest of the beer.
Add the salt, pepper and cinnamon to taste.
Return the pan to a low heat.
