Pioneer Vegetable Soup
|Beef broth||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs) (Swanson, One 15 Ounce Cans)|
|Water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced carrots||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced raw potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Diced turnips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Canned tomatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs), coarsely chopped and undrained (One 16 Ounce Cans)|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Lean round steak||16 Ounce, cut into 36 pieces|
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine beef broth and water.
Stir in onion, carrots, potatoes, turnips, celery, undrained tomatoes, and black pepper.
Add steak pieces.
Mix well to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Mix well before serving.
