Chilled 10 Minute Potato Soup

Ingredients
  Dehydrated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Chicken stock cubes 2
  Instant mashed potato 5 Ounce (1 Packet)
  Cayenne pepper 1 Pinch
  Light cream 5⁄8 Cup (10 tbs)
  Chopped chives/Parsley 1 Tablespoon (To Garnish)
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a saucepan, add water, put in the onion and bring it to boil.
2) Allow it to simmer for 5 minutes.
3) Mix stock cubes, potato, and cayenne pepper and blend well.

SERVING
4) Allow the soup to chill and then whip in the cream.
5) Sprinkle herbs and serve.
