|Hot water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped onion||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Instant chicken bouillon||1 Teaspoon|
|Red pepper sauce||4 Drop|
|Shredded zucchini||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place bacon in 2-cup measure [4-cup measure].
Cover loosely and microwave on high (550 watts) until almost crisp, 1 1/2 to 2 min [2 1/2 to 3 min].
Remove bacon with slotted spoon; crumble and reserve.
Stir remaining ingredients except zucchini into bacon fat.
Cover tightly and microwave until boiling, 1 1/2 to 2 min [2 to 2 1/2 min].
Stir in zucchini.
Microwave uncovered until hot, 30 to 60 sec [1 to 1 1/2 min].
Sprinkle with bacon.
