New Zealand Fish Soup

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), finely chopped
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh tomatoes 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned chicken broth 28 Ounce (2 Cans, 14 Ounce Each)
  White fish 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch pieces
  Chopped spinach 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Kiwifruit 3 , peeled, chopped
  Chopped fresh basil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Saute onion and garlic in olive oil in skillet until soft.
Stir in tomatoes and chicken broth.
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add fish and spinach; mix well.
Simmer for 5 minutes or until fish flakes easily, stirring occasionally.
Stir in kiwifruit and basil just before serving.
