Iced Tomato and Orange Soup
|Tomatoes/7 ounce tomato juice||1 Pound|
|Apple juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon||1⁄2 , juiced|
1. Skin tomatoes.
2. In a juice extractor, press out all the juice from tomatoes or use a sieve to extract juice.
3. In a ceramic or glass bowl, mix juice tomato, orange, lemon and apple; season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Refrigerate the soup for 2-3 hours until chill.
5. Pour tomato and orange juice in a glass and add ice cubes before serving.
