Pineapple Prune Soup
|Unsweetened pineapple juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Prune juice||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Pineapple||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), crushed|
1. In a saucepan, put together pineapple juice, prune juice, water and honey; heat until boiling point but do not boil.
2. Add lemon juice and crushed pineapples.
3. Chill soup in refrigerator if desired.
4. Serve Pineapple Prune Soup hot or cold in a soup bowl.
