|Dried fruit||1⁄2 Pound|
|Potato flour||2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
Use any dried fruits, and soak them for 2 hours in cold water.
Rinse and stew in water until tender, adding the spice and honey and cooking for further 5 minutes.
Mix flour with cold water and add to soup with the lemon juice.
Simmer for 3 minutes, add rice and serve.
Use as supper dish or soup.
