Lime Soup

Ingredients
  Chicken broth 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Chicken breast halves 2 , skinned
  Alphabet pasta 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Chopped red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh lime juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (2 Limes)
  Chopped parsley 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Ripe avocado 1 Small, peeled, pitted and sliced
Directions

In a saucepan, bring broth to a boil.
Add chicken; reduce heat to simmer; cover and cook 20 minutes.
Remove chicken from broth; cool slightly.
Bone chicken and shred.
Set aside.
Reheat broth to boiling; add pasta.
Reduce heat; cook for 10 minutes.
Add onion, lime juice, chicken, and parsley.
Add avocado.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
