Creamy Steak Soup
|Canned cream of mushroom soup||10 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Can, Healthy Request)|
|Low sodium v 8 juice||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Lean round steak||16 Ounce, cut into 36 pieces|
|Chopped onion||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Diced raw potatoes||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Frozen mixed vegetables||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray.
In prepared container, combine mushroom soup and V-8 juice.
Stir in steak pieces, onion, potatoes, and mixed vegetables.
Add parsley flakes and black pepper.
Mix well to combine.
Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
Mix well before serving.
