This Pumpkin Soup is more like stew and very satisfying.
Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Pumpkin 1 Pound, peeled and cut into chunks
  Onions 2 Large, peeled and sliced
  Tomatoes 3 , peeled and sliced
  Stock 2 Pint
  Parsley sprigs 1 , chopped (For Garnishing)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, take vegetables and stock. Let it simmer for one hour.
2. Mash all the vegetables into the soup with a potato masher.
3. Season as per taste.

SERVING
4. Serve Pumpkin Soup topped with parsley.
