ONION ALMOND SOUP

Seeing how popular onion almond soup has become with my family, I can assure that it is going to be popular with your family too. I just love appetizer recipes and this dish is my only favorite amongst them. I am eagerly waiting to know what you think about this onion almond soup. Send me a note!
Ingredients
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), minced
  Ground almonds 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), cubed, steamed and diced
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, melt butter.
2. Add onions and brown it.
3. Add ground almonds and let it cook.
4. Add water and cream. Let it simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.

SERVING
5. Serve Onion Almond Soup topped with cucumber cubes.
