CHEESE SOUP WITH CREAM

Cheese Soup With Cream makes for a tasty Appetizer. It is apt to be served for special occasions.
Ingredients
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Flour 4 Tablespoon
  Cold stock 2 Pint
  Milk/Cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Caraway seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs), grated
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch, grated
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pan, melt butter.
2. Add flour and stir it continuously, till flour turns brown.
3. Add cold stock.
4. Add caraway seeds, salt, pepper, nutmeg and garlic.
5. Let it simmer for 15 minutes.
6. Meanwhile mix cheese and cream.
7. Remove garlic.

SERVING
8. To serve Cheese Soup with Cream, top it with cheese and cream mixture.
