AntiAging Energy Soup is a good alternative to the green smoothies. It is not only energising but is very tasty too. However, you can make your own combinations for energy soups and experiment with your taste buds. For now try AntiAging Energy Soup.
  Endive leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), washed
  Cilantro leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs), washed
  Avocado 1⁄2 Medium
  Cumin powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Tablespoon
  Red bell pepper 1 Medium, dice

1. Blend endive, cilantro, avocado, cumin and water.
2. Place some red bell peppers in a serving bowl and pour the soup on top, mix well.

3. Serve Anti Aging Energy Soup immediately
