Old Fashioned Lentil Soup

Ingredients
  Water 7 1⁄2 Cup (120 tbs)
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), minced
  White onion 1 Large, chopped
  Carrots 2 Large, chopped
  Celery stalks 2 , chopped
  Lentils 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vegetable bouillon/1 tablespoon red miso 1
  Dried thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dried oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Sweet hungarian paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Spike 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Corn 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)
Directions

GETTING READY 1) Arrange a soup kettle. MAKING 2) In the kettle, boil water. 3) Add to the boiled water, garlic, onion, lentils, celery and miso or bouillion. 4) Again boil the water. 5) Season the water and mix well. 5) Cook the covered soup over low heat for around 60 minutes. 6) In the blender, blend half of the soup for a creamier texture. 7) Reheat the soup and add corn, if required. 8) Cook on low heat for 5 minutes. SERVING 9) Serve the soup hot with parsley garnish.
