Ham A La Ernie Soup

Ingredients
  Water 1 1⁄2 Gallon
  Yellow onions 1⁄2 Pound, ground
  Celery 1⁄2 Pound
  Granulated garlic 1 1⁄4 Ounce
  White pepper 3⁄4 Ounce
  Ground ham 3⁄4 Pound
  Melted butter 3⁄4 Pound
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.Heat water in a pan and before the boil comes, put celery, yellow onions, ham base, garlic, pepper and Topic in it.
2.Let the ingredients cook for 11/3 hours.
3.Put ground ham and cook.
4.In a separate pan, heat butter and put flour in it and stir to make a reddish brown mixture.
5.Once the flour mix is ready, put it in the pan and simmer on low flame for 15 minutes.

SERVING
6.Serve hot.
