|Heavy cream||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated cheddar cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (For Garnish)|
1.In a double broiler, heat butter and flour.
2.Put hot milk and garlic clove in it.
3.Once heated, take the garlic out.
4.Put wine, cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg and stir until the cheese gats melted.
5.In another bowl, whisk egg yolks with heavy cream and gradually pour the blended mixture in the broiler.
6.Let the ingredients cook for 3 minutes.
7.Serve after topping with grated cheese.
