  Ale 12 Ounce (1 Bottle)
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cucumber 2 Medium
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Powdered garlic 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Grate the cucumbers after peeling them.
MAKING
2. Beat the sour cream and ale together with a hand beater.
3. Keep it refrigerated.
SERVING
4. Serve chilled with a garnishing of your choice.
