Cream Of Sorrel Soup
|Chicken broth||8 Cup (128 tbs)|
|Potatoes||3 Medium, peeled and diced|
|Sorrel||1 1⁄2 Pound, well washed|
|Cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chopped chives||2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
1.In a pan, pour chciken broth and cook until boil.
2.Put potatoe sin the pan and allow them to cook for 15 minutes.
3.Put sorrel in the pan and cook for 19 more minutes.
4.Once done, blend the ingredints well and heat again.
5.Put salt and pepper as per the taste.
6.Garnish with cream and serve hot in bowls.
