Ingredients
  Boneless pork loin/Two boneless pork chops 1⁄2 Pound, cut into cubes
  Oil 1 Teaspoon
  Sliced carrots 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Sliced potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Dry onion soup mix 2 Tablespoon (1 envelope)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Black pepper To Taste
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Tomatoes 28 Ounce, crushed
  Oregano leaves 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed
  Red pepper sauce 1 Dash
Directions

Heat oil in Dutch oven and brown pork, stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil, reduce heat to simmer and cover and cook gently for 30 minutes. If desired, serve with cornbread.
