Cream of Mushroom Soup

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 8 Ounce
  Margarine/Butter 2 Ounce
  Flour 2 Ounce
  Stock/Water 1 Pint
  Milk 3⁄4 Pint
  Seasoning 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Wash and chop mushrooms finely.
Melt margarine or butter in a saucepan, fry mushrooms for 5 minutes, stirring.
Stir in the flour and cook for 3 minutes.
Remove the pan from the heat and gradually add the stock or water and milk.
Bring to the boil and cook until soup thickens.
Season and serve.
