|Lentils||8 Ounce, washed and soaked overnight|
|Chopped bacon||1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (A Little)|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Carrot||1 , chopped|
|Chopped thyme/Parsley||1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (A Little)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Put the lentils, bacon, chopped onion, carrot and stock or water into a pan.
Add thyme or parsley and simmer gently for about 1 1/2 hours.
Sieve the mixture.
Meanwhile make a very thin sauce with the butter, flour and milk.
Add the lentil puree and reheat.
Season to taste.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
