Lentil Soup

Ingredients
  Lentils 8 Ounce, washed and soaked overnight
  Chopped bacon 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (A Little)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Carrot 1 , chopped
  Stock/Water 1 Pint
  Chopped thyme/Parsley 1 Teaspoon (Leveled) (A Little)
  Seasoning 1 Teaspoon
  Butter 1 Ounce
  Flour 1⁄2 Ounce
  Milk 1⁄2 Pint
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Put the lentils, bacon, chopped onion, carrot and stock or water into a pan.
Add thyme or parsley and simmer gently for about 1 1/2 hours.
Sieve the mixture.
Meanwhile make a very thin sauce with the butter, flour and milk.
Add the lentil puree and reheat.
Season to taste.
Garnish with chopped parsley.
