|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onions||3 Medium, chopped|
|Beef stock/Chicken stock||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Celery salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Cook kohlrabi in water to cover until tender.
Drain and reserve liquid.
Peel kohlrabi and cut into chunks.
Saute onions in butter for a few minutes.
Place in electric blender, add cooked kohlrabi and liquid and blend well.
Add stock and seasonings.
