Spicy Fish Soup
|Freshwater fish||3 Pound, cut into pieces (1.5 Kilograms)|
|Onions||4 , peeled and sliced into rings|
|Hungarian sweet paprika||1 Tablespoon|
|Green pepper||1 , sliced|
|Fresh chili pepper/1 teaspoon crushed chili / cayenne pepper||1 , seeded and cut into rings|
Boil heads, tails, and fins of fish in a large pot of salted water.
Add onions, paprika, and salt.
Allow to simmer tor 1 hr.
Strain stock and pour over pieces of fish.
Bring to the boil.
Add green pepper and chilli.
Allow to simmer for about 30 min.
Do not stir, but shake occasionally, in order not to break up the fish.
Serve hot or cold.
