For a variation fried bread pieces and boiled hard vegies can be added
Ingredients
  Tomato juice 100 Milliliter
  Tomato puree 25 Milliliter
  Cucumber 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon
  Basil leaves 1 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

Blend all the ingredients in a blender.Chill and serve.
