Tips: after blending you could also give a single boil and then cool.Garlic pods can also be added while grinding if its being boiled.Can add lots of cream,butter and cheese according to taste and preferences
Ingredients
  Onion 1 Small
  Beetroot 2
  Tomato puree 50 Milliliter
  Fresh cream 30 Milliliter
  Cheese 3 Teaspoon, grated
  Salt To Taste
  Parsley/Coriander, chopped 1 Teaspoon, chopped
Directions

Peel,cut beetroot into small pieces & Boil .Peel and chop the onions.Put all the ingredients in a blender,except the parsley/coriander and blend the mixture.Serve chilled garnished with chopped parsley leaves
