Bonda Soup

Ingredients
  Urad dal 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Rice flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1 Inch, finely chopped
  Monng dal 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Green chillies 4 , finely chopped
  Ginger piece 1 , finely chopped
  Salt To Taste
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 2 , finely chopped
  Tomato 2 , finely chopped
  Coconut 2 Tablespoon, grated
  Coriander 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Soak uraddhal for 4hrs.
Drain grind to a thick paste.
Add above ingredients and mix well.
Divide into lemon size balls and deep fry in oil and keep aside.

Pressure cook Moongdhal with 2cups of water,Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon,Oil 1teaspoon for 3 whistles.
Mash well and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds,curry leaves,ginger,green chillies and fry well.
Add chopped onion fry lightly,and add chopped tomatoes fry for two mins.
Add to the moongdhal,add salt,sugar adjust adding more water, to bring it to soup consistency.
Sprinkle fresh coriander.
While serving add 1 or 2 bonds to the soup and derve immediately.
