Chilled Strawberry Soup With Fresh Mint

Ingredients
  Red wine 500 Milliliter
  Brown sugar 160 Gram
  Fresh strawberries 1 Kilogram, hulled
  Plain low fat yogurt 4 Tablespoon
  Fresh mint leaves 4 (For Garnish)
Directions

Heat the wine together with the sugar in a large pan on a medium heat for 30 minutes until it has reduced and become more of a syrup.
Add the strawberries and cook for a further 2 minutes (or 4 minutes if they are unripe).
Now either refrigerate for serving chilled or serve at room temperature, as you prefer.
Pour some soup and berries into bowls and top with yogurt and mint leaves.
