Pumpkin And Cumin Soup

Ingredients
  Butter 30 Gram
  Onions 2 , chopped
  Ground cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Chicken stock cubes 2
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Butternut pumpkin 1 Kilogram (1 Whole)
  Nutmeg 1 Pinch
  Chopped chives 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Heat butter in pan, add onion, cook until transparent, add cumin, cook, stirring for 2 minutes.
Add crumbled stock cubes, water, peeled and chopped pumpkin and nutmeg.
Cover, simmer 15 minutes or until pumpkin is tender.
Puree soup in blender or processor.
Reheat, pour into vacuum flask to keep hot for picnic.
