Cold Yogurt Soup
|Plain yogurt||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
|Half and half||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , chopped (Hard Cooked)|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cucumber||1 , chopped|
|Chopped green onions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Raisins||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|White pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
|Chopped dill||1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)|
Place yogurt in a large bowl.
Add half and half, egg, water cucumber green onions, raisins, salt and pepper .
Mix well and refrigerate.
Top with chopped parsley and dill.
For more flavor dissolve 1 teaspoon curry powder in a little water and add to soup.
