Cold Yogurt Soup

  Plain yogurt 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Half and half 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , chopped (Hard Cooked)
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cucumber 1 , chopped
  Chopped green onions 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
  Chopped dill 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)

Place yogurt in a large bowl.
Add half and half, egg, water cucumber green onions, raisins, salt and pepper .
Mix well and refrigerate.
Top with chopped parsley and dill.
For more flavor dissolve 1 teaspoon curry powder in a little water and add to soup.
