Creamy Tomato Soup

Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Tomato juice 18 Ounce
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Directions

Combine butter and onion in 2-quart casserole.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on HIGH, or until butter is melted.
Blend in flour, sugar, salt and pepper.
Gradually stir in tomato juice.
MICROWAVE 4 MINUTES on HIGH, or until hot, stirring after 2 minutes.
Gradually stir in milk.
MICROWAVE 8 to 10 MINUTES on '8', or until mixture is about to boil, stirring every 2 minutes.
Serve hot garnished with croutons or oyster crackers, if desired.
