Onion Beef Soup

Ingredients
  Onions 1 Pound, thinly sliced
  Beef stock 4 1⁄2 Cup (72 tbs)
  Steak sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Enriched white bread slice 4 , toasted and cut into quarters
  Grated hard cheese 4 Ounce
  Celery salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Combine all ingredients except toast and cheese in a large saucepan.
Cover and bring to a boil; lower heat.
Simmer about 20 minutes or until onions are soft.
Divide evenly into 4 ovenproof soup bowls.
Top each with 4 toast quarters.
Sprinkle each with 1 ounce cheese.
Bake at 350°F.
until cheese melts.
