Turkey Frame Soup

Ingredients
  Water 5 Quart
  Meaty turkey frame 1
  Onion 1 , quartered
  Salt 4 Teaspoon
  Fresh vegetables 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Canned tomatoes 16 Ounce, cut up (1 Can)
  Dried thyme 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried oregano 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Home Made / Packaged)
Directions

In Dutch oven combine water, turkey frame, onion, and salt.
Simmer, covered, 1 1/2 hours.
Remove frame and onion; cool frame.
Remove meat from bones.
Discard bones and onion.
Add the turkey meat, fresh vegetables, undrained tomatoes, thyme, and oregano to the broth.
Bring mixture to boiling; cover.
Simmer 45 minutes.
Add Homemade Noodles; boil 15 minutes more.
