Ingredients
  Vegetable stock 750 Milliliter
  Celery 60 Gram
  Onions 60 Gram
  Potatoes 120 Gram
  Carrots 60 Gram
  Tomatoes 120 Gram
  Turnip 60 Gram
  Refined flour 30 Gram
  Butter 30 Gram
  Milk 300 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
Directions

1. Chop all cleaned vegetables.
2. Cook in cold stock or water till tender.
3. Pass through a sieve and make a puree.
4. Prepare white sauce with flour, butter and milk. 5. Add to puree, season to taste. Reheat and serve hot.
