Ingredients
  Peeled diced tomatoes 3 1⁄2 Cup (56 tbs) (Raw Ones)
  Whole cloves 5
  Whole peppercorns 5
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Parsley sprigs 3
  Bay leaf 1
  Onion slices 2
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Thin white sauce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
Directions

1. Simmer all ingredients except white sauce 5 minutes. Force through a sieve. Add enough boiling water to make 2 cups of puree.
2. Heat white sauce, then slowly pour the hot tomato puree into the white sauce, stirring all the while.
