Fish And Cheese Soup

Ingredients
  Fish fillets 1 Pound (fresh or frozen)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped carrot 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon, melted
  All purpose flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Milk 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Canned chicken broth 13 3⁄4 Ounce (1 can)
  Cubed american cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Thaw frozen fish.
Cut fish into bite-size pieces.
Cook onion, carrot, and celery in margarine or butter till tender.
Blend in flour, salt, and paprika.
Add milk and chicken broth all at once.
Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Add fish; return to boiling.
Reduce heat; cook, uncovered, and stir till fish flakes easily, 5 to 8 minutes.
Stir in cheese till melted.
